Our Mission Statement

To enable the People with disabilities to enjoy and envelop all the scientifically proven benefits of camping and nature.

We are dedicated to creating a vacation cabin and campground for the People with disabilities. It will be erected on no less than eight acres of wooded land. Will be designed according to ADA, American Disabilities Act standards. This allows a person in a wheelchair or with assistive devices to enjoy the camp and campground independently

Our History

My mom loved all things outdoors. She would wake up early every morning for her walks

For Thanksgiving she would grill the turkey. When we were little it took six hours to get from Cleveland to Detroit. As she pulled in to every rest stop to have a picnic. Pymatuning state park in Andover, Ohio was her favorite place to rent a cabin. She’d go for her birthday, anniversary, and just because it’s Tuesday! In 2015 she had her leg amputated due to vascular complications and could no longer visit her beloved Pymatuning. In 2016 She passed away. In her honor in 2020 I decided to create a cabin and campground specifically for the People with disabilities. So someone else can take their mom to do what she loves.
